KORELASI AKAL DAN JIWA DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-GHAZALI

This study aims to determine the extent of the correlation between intellect and soul through Al-Ghazali's perspective. The issue addressed in this research arises from the imbalance in understanding intellect and soul, which leads to erroneous thinking and actions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through a literature review related to the researched problem. The results show that the roles of intellect and soul are closely interconnected in performing obedience to Allah SWT. In conclusion, Al-Ghazali's view of the soul and intellect demonstrates a balanced approach in perceiving both aspects.
