Abstract

This study aims to axamine the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on educational practices and digital literacy from an Islamic viewpoint. A qualitative approach is employed, focusing on library research that involves analyzing relevant academic journals and scholarly literature. The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances learning efficiency, expands access to information, and improves digital literacy skills. However, there are notable challenges including algorithmi bias, concrens regarding data privacy, and reduced human interaction. From an Islamic standpoint, the usage of AI should align with the principles of tawhid, justice (‘adl), trust (amanah), and the wefare of community (maslahah). The research concludes that wile AI can be beneficial, its implementation must be conducted within ethical and religious guidelines.  This study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic principles into digital literacy and educational methods to ensure that technological advancements contribute to holistic human development. Therefore, establishing ethical guidelines is essential for educator and policymakers.
