Abstract

This article provides a clear picture of the benefits of sex education for teenagers, so that teenagers know the dangers of sexual violence, whether physical, verbal or digital. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The results of the research on the importance of sex education for teenagers, so that teenagers know the dangers of sexual violence, whether physical, verbal or digital. The results showed that the concept of self-preservation, social manners, and understanding the limits of interaction in Islam can be a deterrent to sexual harassment and violence in schools. The integration of Islamic value-based sex education in schools is considered effective in building awareness and self-protection of adolescents
