INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI AKHLAKUL KARIMAH MELALUI KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERBASIS LITERASI DIGITAL

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of moral degradation in the digital world, such as the rise of hoaxes, cyberbullying, and hate speech among the digital native generation. The main objective of this research is to formulate a strategy for internalizing the values of akhlakul karimah through a digital literacy-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum to shape students' ethical and responsible character in cyberspace. Furthermore, this research aims to synchronize classical Islamic ethical concepts, such as ihsan, as-sidq, and amanah, with modern digital literacy competencies to ensure their relevance to the challenges of the times. The method used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach. The analysis was conducted by reviewing literature on technology integration in religious education and on effective learning theories that connect students' cognitive structures to real-life experiences in their digital environment. The results show that integrating digital literacy into the PAI curriculum is crucial for fortifying the morality of the younger generation. This strategy is implemented by integrating Islamic values into online learning media, educational applications, and moral education content. Internalizing the value of tabayyun (religious observance) has proven to be a key filter in combating hoaxes, while the concept of digital brotherhood is effective in curbing cyberbullying. This approach can transform students' perspectives on social media from mere entertainment to a platform for the realization of noble morals. The success of this strategy depends heavily on the collective synergy between educators, parents, and technology developers in creating a healthy and civilized digital ecosystem.
