Konsep Surga dalam Al-Qur'an sebagai Paradigma Pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam: Analisis Tafsir Tematik dan Pengembangan Metode Integratif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of Paradise in the Qur'an as a paradigm for Islamic education through a thematic (maudhu'i) interpretation approach and to develop an integrative learning method relevant to contemporary educational needs. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research by examining Qur'anic verses related to Paradise based on the interpretations of classical and contemporary exegetes, followed by descriptive-analytical analysis. The findings reveal that the concept of Paradise in the Qur'an not only represents an eschatological reward for believers who perform righteous deeds but also possesses significant pedagogical dimensions as a source of spiritual motivation (targhib), character formation, and the ultimate orientation of Islamic education. The thematic interpretation further demonstrates that faith, piety, righteous deeds, patience, and noble character constitute the essential qualities of the people of Paradise that should be internalized through educational processes. Based on these findings, this study proposes the development of an integrative instructional method that combines storytelling (qashash), dialogue (hiwar), Qur'anic reflection (tadabbur), exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah), habituation (ta'wid), and the approaches of targhib and tarhib. The integration of these methods facilitates balanced cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development, enabling the concept of Paradise to function not merely as a theological doctrine but also as an effective educational paradigm for nurturing religious character and achieving the objectives of Islamic education.
