STUDI ANALITIS TENTANG EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMPN 3 RENGASDENGKLOK

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning evaluation at SMPN 3 Rengasdengklok. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through direct observation and interviews with PAI teachers. The findings reveal that the evaluation process is conducted systematically, covering planning, implementation, and follow-up stages. The evaluation includes formative and summative assessments that measure cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Teachers use written tests, oral tests, and practical assessments to evaluate students’ understanding and religious practices. The study also found several challenges, including limited technological mastery among teachers, inadequate facilities, and differences in students’ Qur’anic literacy skills. To overcome these issues, the school applies collaborative strategies and gradually integrates educational technology such as interactive television and learning videos. Furthermore, feedback is provided through appreciation, remedial programs, and enrichment activities to improve students’ learning outcomes continuously. In conclusion, the evaluation system implemented at SMPN 3 Rengasdengklok reflects a comprehensive and humanistic approach that supports students’ academic achievement and character development.
